The target audience is marketers.

My project is a newsletter hosted on Beehiiv that promotes remote marketing jobs.

It is a very easy project to manage and grow. I find jobs to promote by doing a quick search on LinkedIn, and sharing them.

There is a huge opportunity to do outreach to companies and do sponsored job listings.

Revenue is generated from integrating ads into the newsletter. Beehiiv sends ad opportunities a couple of times a month. You don't have to do anything to get new ad deals, they just come to you.

Subscriber growth has come from referrals from other newsletters (happens passively, no work needed), Google ads (very cheap keywords), and cold email.
