There are no employees or contractors, and virtually no technical maintenance required at this stage.</p> <p>The founder currently spends ~2 hours per week, mainly to monitor performance and respond to the occasional support queries. Additional hours are spent looking for new clients or working with those who chose the Done-For-You tier.</p> <p>There are no known bugs or software issues, and no further development is required unless the new owner wishes to scale or add features.</p> <p><b>Tech Stack</b></p> <p>The tool is built with Laravel and Vue.js, and uses APIs for keyword research (Serpstat, DataforSEO) and AI writing (OpenAI - Chat GPT4o mini).</p> <p><b>Marketing and growth</b></p> <p>Marketing is pretty much null, because I have no budget for it. What is made with the tool is used to live - I have a family. It is because of this that a good marketer has a blue ocean when it comes to growing the tool- it's still in its infant stage.</p> <p><b>Revenue and profit</b></p> <p>The business is financially stable and generates approximately $1,300/month in recurring revenue with $150/month in operating costs, resulting in ~$1,150/month in profit.</p> <p>With over 150 lifetime deal users, around 10 subscribers and a growing base of high-value "done for you " clients, the platform has a solid foundation with strong retention (churn rate of 0~1%).</p> <p><b>Return on investment</b></p> <p>By keeping the current clients and not growing the tool at all, the buyer with get the ROI in 24 months. The business is stable and profitable and only needs dedicated money and some time to realize its full potential.</p> <p>The ideal buyer is someone who sees the value in a turnkey SaaS platform, with the vision to scale it — whether as a stand-alone business, part of a marketing agency, or an addition to an existing SEO/content product suite.
