It is not a WordPress or Shopify store, fully custom infrastructure. It connects to a global eSIM provider via API to handle fulfillment instantly. I handle the backend architecture, API mapping, and automation logic. There are no employees or virtual assistants because the code handles everything.</p><p>The only manual work would be adding your card to the eSIM provider's panel; they have auto-top-up, too. Crypto processor has no fees.</li> <li><b>NuxtUI</b>: SSR-ready UI framework, on top of the tailwind.</li> <li><b>Plunk API:</b> For automated transactional email/QR delivery.</li> </ul> <p><b>Marketing and Growth</b></p><p>The growth has been purely organic. I focused on getting the site listed on major eSIM affiliates (like esimdb.com). The result was €400 in revenue in the first month with zero dollars spent on ads. So the CAC is literally zero.</p><p><b>Revenue and Profit</b></p><p>Since launching in Jan 2026 (exact date is late night on 31 December, 2025), the site has processed over 20 transactions totaling €400. Because it’s a digital dropshipping model via API, there are no inventory costs. Fixed costs are limited to hosting and domain fees.</p><p><b>Return on Investment</b></p><p>A buyer can achieve payback in 12-18 months just by maintaining the current organic traffic. I started with $100 for inital deposit to the eSIM aggregators. CAC is $0; current traffic is purely original and coming from affiliate sites.
