Overview

Startup description

My product is a comprehensive Product Management career platform that I built to help PMs land their dream jobs. It started as a job board for US-based PM roles and grew into a full resource hub with 70+ guides, interview prep tools, salary data, and career frameworks. Leads from the platform have generated over $10K in PM interview coaching revenue. The platform runs on autopilot with an automated job board and evergreen SEO content driving organic traffic.

Key highlights:

Annual revenue: $10K+ generated through PM interview coaching leads from the platform

Annual profit: High margin since hosting costs are minimal (Vercel free/hobby tier, Jobboardly lifetime subscription already paid)

Churn rate: N/A — not a subscription product. Revenue comes from coaching conversions off free traffic

LTV: Average coaching client worth $500-1000+ per engagement

CAC: Near zero — leads come organically through SEO content and LinkedIn

Business margin: 90%+ since there are no recurring platform costs

220+ email subscribers, 800+ LinkedIn followers, 96 indexed pages driving organic search traffic

Team

Solo founder project. I built the entire platform — content, code, SEO, social channels, and job board configuration. No employees, contractors, or ongoing dependencies. The buyer takes over everything with no team transition needed.

Tech Stack

Next.js 14 with App Router for the resource website (server-side rendering, static generation, SEO)

React 19 and TypeScript for the frontend

Tailwind CSS 4 for styling

Vercel for hosting and deployment

Jobboardly for the no-code job board (lifetime subscription, auto-updates PM job listings for the US market)

Datafast for analytics

Schema.org structured data, dynamic sitemap, and OpenGraph tags for SEO

Marketing and growth

Main growth channels have been SEO and LinkedIn. The site has 96 pages targeting high-intent PM career keywords. Each page is built with structured data, internal linking, and long-form content designed to rank. On LinkedIn, the official page has grown to 800+ organic followers by sharing PM career tips and resources. I also built an email list of 220+ subscribers. Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram channels are set up and branded but haven't been actively pushed yet — significant growth upside for a buyer who creates content on those platforms.

Revenue and profit

Revenue: $10K+ USD earned through PM interview coaching consultations sourced from the platform's organic traffic and LinkedIn

Profit margin: 90%+ — no recurring costs beyond minimal hosting

MRR: Not a subscription model. Revenue is generated per coaching engagement from inbound leads. Minimal Revenue through Job board subscription which can be scaled based on Buyer's vision for the Job board.

CAC: Effectively $0 — all leads are organic via SEO and LinkedIn

Recurring costs: Near zero. Jobboardly is a lifetime subscription (already paid). Vercel hosting on free/hobby tier. No paid ads, no contractors, no subscriptions

The platform is designed as a lead generation engine. A buyer with a coaching or mentoring business can monetize it far beyond what I have by adding paid tiers, courses, community access, and premium content.

Startup assets

Resource website with 96 SEO-optimized pages and full source code (Next.js, React, TypeScript)

70+ PM guides, templates, frameworks, and career resources

200+ interview questions with answers and company mapping

17 company-specific interview guides (Google, Meta, Amazon, Apple, Uber, etc.)

Interactive PM salary calculator with 1,000+ data points

AI mock interview coach (voice and text)

Job board on Jobboardly with lifetime subscription, configured for US PM jobs, auto-updating

LinkedIn page with 800+ organic followers

Email list with 220+ subscribers

YouTube channel — set up and branded

Instagram page — set up and branded

Reddit community (subreddit) — created and ready

Domain, branding assets, logos, and color system

Vercel deployment — production ready to transfer.

Risks

The main risk is that the platform depends on one person's effort to create new content and grow the audience. A buyer who stops publishing will still benefit from the existing evergreen SEO content and automated job board, but growth will plateau. This is easily mitigated by a buyer who is already active in the PM space and creating content — they just redirect that effort through this platform instead. There is no vendor lock-in risk since the codebase is fully owned and the job board has a lifetime license. SEO rankings could shift with algorithm changes, but the depth of content (96 pages, structured data, internal linking) provides resilience.

Summary

This is a ready-made PM career platform that has already proven it can generate real revenue, over $10K in coaching income from organic leads alone. You're not buying a side project; you're buying a lead generation engine with over 70 resources, 96 SEO-optimized pages, an automated job board, 800+ LinkedIn followers, 220+ email subscribers, and branded social channels across four platforms. The content would take 6 to 12 months and $15K to $30K to recreate. For a PM coach, mentor, or influencer based in the US, this is an instant authority platform. Plug in your brand, add your coaching offers, and start converting from day one.

✅ $330 in ARR

✅ 22 customers

✅ Business model: SaaS

✅ Built with TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel
