Overview

My product is a developer tool for solo founders and indie hackers who build with AI coding assistants. Users run one command and a team of specialist agents takes their idea from brainstorm to architecture, test-first build, code review and deployment, pausing for approval at each step. A local memory feature lowers token usage. Launched in August 2026 and built by a solo founder.

Key highlights:

105+ active subscriptions in about 7 weeks since launch

MRR: $343

Churn: 2 subscriptions lost in the last 30 days (about 1.8%)

Checkout conversion: 13.8%

Margin: about 99% (costs around $15/month)

LTV and CAC: not tracked yet, growth has been organic with no paid acquisition

Team

Solo founder: product, backend, infrastructure and distribution. Time needed to run it: about 30 minutes a day, mostly for social posts. Onboarding is automatic, with one manual API call for enterprise clients.

Tech Stack

NestJS (backend), PostgreSQL (database), React (frontend), hosted on Railway. Payments through Polar.

Marketing and growth

All organic: posts on X, a blog and the Agents. surf directory, Google search, and citations in ChatGPT and other AI assistants. No paid ads. The product reached 105+ subscribers within weeks of launch.

Revenue and profit

Revenue verified through Polar. MRR $343. Monthly costs about $15 (Railway hosting and analytics) plus payment fees. One enterprise client pays $420 per year. There is no history before August 2026.

Return on investment

At the current MRR the payback is long, so the ask is based on momentum and upside, not on today's revenue. A new pricing model is planned and the active base gives room to grow revenue without extra costs. The buyer inherits a product that already converts at 13.8%.

Startup assets

Full source code and the domain

105+ active subscribers and one enterprise client

Email list, social profiles and all accounts

Brand assets and product screenshots

Founder support for the full migration, and available afterwards.

Risks

Very young product: 7 weeks of history, so retention is not proven over time. Mitigation: access to the full Polar data before closing.

Depends on the AI coding tools ecosystem (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex). Mitigation: the kit works across several tools.

Growth relies on the founder posting on X. Mitigation: handover of the content approach and of the accounts.

One enterprise client at $420 per year. Revenue does not depend on it.

Summary

My tool is a profitable, automated developer product that grew to 105+ subscribers in about 7 weeks with no ads, at ~99% margin and about 30 minutes of work per day. A buyer gets working code, an active customer base, one enterprise client and a founder who supports the migration, with clear upside from the planned pricing update.

✅ $3,975 TTM revenue

✅ 111 customers

✅ Business model: SaaS

✅ Built with Next.js, React, PostgreSQL
