Overview

My tool audits a website for what AI search engines need before they cite it: entity data, schema markup, crawler access, page structure and llms.txt. It ranks the problems by impact, then generates the fixes. Customers can copy those fixes or deploy them straight to WordPress with my plugin.

The product is built and live, with 30+ tools, including:

The Score and a Page Auditor

A Schema Generator that builds full @graph entity schema from a site's pages and Business Profile

Citation tracking across AI engines, brand monitoring and competitor share of voice

AI Traffic reporting: visits from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and others, from a WordPress plugin or a Vercel log drain

A WordPress plugin (v1.8.4) that deploys schema, speakable and entity markup. It works alongside Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO and SEOPress without duplicating their schema, and updates itself from the site.

An MCP server and public API, so AI agents and automations can run audits and generate schema

Agency features: client workspaces, white-label PDF reports, scheduled client reports, team seats

Plans are already set up with LemonSqueezy billing: Free, Starter $29.99/mo, Pro $49.99/mo and Agency $129.99/mo, with annual pricing available.

Traction is early. The 18 paying customers bought lifetime deals through AppSumo, a handful of them use it actively, and there are some free accounts. Some active users are agencies managing several client sites and are building on the API and MCP server. There is no recurring revenue yet, so this is priced as an asset: a finished product with the billing, plugin and integrations a new owner would otherwise have to build.

Key highlights:

TTM revenue: $600. If the AppSumo sales were longer than 12 months ago, it's only what came in during the last 12 months.

Total revenue (all time): $600

CAC: $0. No money has been spent on ads or outbound; users came from AppSumo and organic search.

LTV: for the lifetime customers, the one-time price of about $33. LTV for subscriptions isn't known yet because none have been sold.

90% retention across AppSumo sales.

Team

It is run by one person. I built the product and handle development, support and marketing alongside my full-time work in SEO. There are no employees or contractors, so nobody needs to be kept on or transferred with the sale.

Running it takes about 2-4 hours a week, mostly user support and occasional fixes. The code has an automated test suite of 1,800+ tests, and each WordPress plugin release goes through the same update channel the plugin already uses.

I'll provide 60 days of handover support: walking through the code, transferring the accounts (Vercel, Supabase, LemonSqueezy, the domain and the AppSumo listing), and answering questions while you take over.

Tech Stack

Front end: HTML, CSS and JavaScript pages

Back end: Node.js serverless functions on Vercel

Database and auth: Supabase (Postgres)

AI: Google Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, X AI

Billing: LemonSqueezy. Email: Resend

WordPress plugin (PHP), a Cloudflare Worker deploy client, and an MCP server

An automated test suite of 1,800+ tests

Marketing and growth

Growth so far has been small and mostly organic, alongside my full-time work:

AppSumo lifetime deal: 18 sales. This was the main source of paying users. A handful use it actively.

Free tools for search traffic: 59 standalone free-tool pages (schema generator, llms.txt generator, page auditor and others), plus a free plan with 10 scans a month to bring in sign-ups.

Content: 17 blog posts on AI search visibility and GEO.

Integrations as a channel: a WordPress plugin, an MCP server and a public API, which agencies use to build the tool into their own workflows.

No paid ads or outbound sales have been done yet. That's the biggest opportunity for a new owner: paid plans are already set up from $29.99 to $129.99 a month, and agencies are the most engaged users so far.

Startup assets

The .com domain

The full source code (GitHub repository) and the WordPress plugin with its update channel

The Vercel, Supabase and LemonSqueezy setup, transferred or recreated in your accounts

The existing user base and AppSumo listing

60 days of handover support.

Risks

Competition is growing. Large SEO platforms and funded AI-visibility startups are adding similar features. How to reduce it: focus on what's harder to copy: deploying fixes directly through the WordPress plugin, the MCP server and API, and white-label agency workflows.

Reliance on AI APIs. Most features call Google Gemini, so price or model changes affect costs and output. How to reduce it: Claude is already set up as a fallback, and usage limits for each plan cap the cost per user.

There are about 280 API endpoints and 120 pages to learn. How to reduce it: the 1,800+ automated tests catch regressions, and handover support covers a walkthrough of the code.

WordPress compatibility. Updates to Yoast, Rank Math and other SEO plugins can change how the plugin needs to behave. How to reduce it: the plugin reads each page's existing schema instead of relying on fixed rules, and it has been tested against all four major SEO plugins.

Summary

A finished product for a fraction of the build cost. It has 1,000+ commits of development, 30+ tools, a WordPress plugin, an MCP server, a public API and billing already connected. Building this from scratch would take months.

Ready to charge. Four plans from $29.99 to $129.99 a month are live on LemonSqueezy, with annual pricing. A new owner can start selling on day one.

Very low running costs. Everything runs for under $100 a month, so a handful of subscribers makes it profitable.

A new category that's still forming. Businesses increasingly want to know whether AI assistants recommend them, and few tools both diagnose the problem and deploy the fix.
