Overview

Startup description

My platform is an AI social media management SaaS for creators, founders, marketers, and small businesses. It helps users plan their content strategy, generate posts, build a content calendar, and schedule/publish content from one place.

I originally built it because most social tools either focus heavily on scheduling or on AI writing, while the actual planning process still happens manually across ChatGPT, spreadsheets and separate design/publishing tools. My platform brings that workflow together.

The product is live, has paying customers and continues to get users without much active marketing.

Key highlights:

AI-generated content strategies based on the user's brand

AI content ideas and post generation

Monthly and weekly content calendar planning

Social media scheduling and publishing

Brand-aware content generation

Calendar suggestions

Free marketing tools used for organic acquisition

User accounts, subscriptions and billing

Production-ready admin and backend infrastructure

There is still a lot of room to expand the product, especially around automated content creation, creator workflows and agency/team features.

Team

The platform is currently run by me as a solo founder. I designed and built the product and handle development, product decisions and the small amount of marketing currently being done.

Tech Stack

SvelteKit, TypeScript, Supabase, AI SDK, Trigger.dev and Cloudflare.

Marketing and growth

Most growth so far has been organic.

I have done very little paid acquisition or serious outbound marketing. Users have mainly come through organic discovery, SEO/free tools, and direct traffic.

This leaves several fairly obvious growth channels that haven't been pushed yet, including creator outreach, SEO expansion, partnerships, affiliate programs, and paid acquisition.

There is also an opportunity to build an outbound engine around creators and small businesses that already use competing social media tools.

Revenue and profit

The platform is already monetized and has generated approximately $525 in revenue so far.

Current MRR is still under $200, so the business is very early. Revenue has been generated without a serious paid acquisition strategy, an outbound sales operation, or full-time founder attention.

Operating costs are relatively low, with the main expenses coming from hosting, database infrastructure and AI/API usage.

Because the customer base is still small, I don't think churn, CAC or LTV numbers are mature enough yet to be useful acquisition metrics.

Return on investment

The opportunity here is less about buying today's cash flow and more about skipping the expensive part of starting a SaaS from scratch.

A buyer gets a working product with authentication, billing, AI workflows, social publishing infrastructure, content planning, a production database, existing users and early revenue already in place.

The upside is that most of the obvious distribution channels haven't been seriously worked yet.

Startup assets

.app domain

Existing user database and paying customers

Stripe billing and subscription setup

Brand and design assets

Risks

I think the biggest risk is distribution. The product exists and works, but it still needs someone willing to consistently market it.

That is also where most of the upside is.

Summary

My platform is suited to someone who wants to acquire an early SaaS and grow it rather than spend months designing and building one from scratch.

The product is already live, monetized and being used by real customers.

I built it while working a full-time job, which has limited how much time I can put into distribution. I haven't built a serious outbound engine, run meaningful paid acquisition, or pushed partnerships at scale.

A buyer is taking over after most of the product-building work has already been done, while much of the growth work is still untouched.

✅ $528 TTM revenue

✅ 4 customers

✅ Business model: SaaS

✅ Built with TypeScript, Stripe, Replicate
