Competitors are making up to 10x MRR with the same feature set. Easy to reach the same numbers through more acquisition (paid/organic).</p><p>Currently, the workload is under 1h per day, mostly customer support.</p><p><b>Customers</b></p><p>Customers are content creators and businesses making faceless AI channels on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. They like that the app does everything for them by automatically generating and publishing a new video every day. This creates recurrent usage.</p><p>Customers are acquired mainly through Meta Ads, with additional organic/SEO traffic. International customer base, the product works across many different niches, languages, and countries. Churn is between 35%-45%. As with any AI tool, there are a lot of "curious" customers trying just once. But we also have many customers who stay for a few months because their social media channels are run automatically with the app.</p><p><b>Financials</b></p><p>Revenue has grown quickly since launch. The business currently relies mostly on paid acquisition through Meta Ads, with organic/SEO also contributing. Due to a lack of time, ads only relied on one single ad creative. This means that paid acquisition can easily be improved with a better campaign.</p><p>LTV is around 2.25x CAC. Global conversion rate is around 3.63%. Gross margins on subscription plans are between 80 to 90% based on the credits consumed.
