Overview
<p><b>Startup description</b></p><p>My platform is an AI website builder. A customer describes what they want, and it generates the site, registers the domain, and hosts it. The entire flow happens inside the product with no handoff to a third party, which is the harder half of the system and the part most competitors do not have.</p><p>I built it solo after running a web development and marketing agency serving trades and service businesses. The pattern I kept hitting was that small operators wanted a working site, not a builder to learn. Existing AI tools generated something and then handed the customer off to buy a domain somewhere and figure out hosting somewhere else, and that handoff is where people dropped.</p><p><b>My product closes it.</b></p><p>The product went live and started taking payment in 2025. It now has 5,212 registered accounts and 46 active paying subscriptions, built almost entirely through organic search with no meaningful paid acquisition.</p><p>Two things make it technically uncommon at this size. Every customer project runs in its own container with a live dev server, hot reload and a real preview URL, scaling to zero when idle. And inside that sandbox is a remote-controlled Chromium instance the AI can drive and the customer can watch live, so the product can fill a form, click through a flow and verify a page renders instead of generating code and hoping.</p><p><b>Key highlights</b> (trailing twelve months, USD at 0.72 from CAD source data)</p><ul>

Business Model
Subscription SaaS at $27 USD/month with three attached lines: subscriptions 53% of revenue, paid build work 24%, payment recovery 12%, hosting and custom domains 11%.
Target Audience
Small businesses and solo operators who want a working website rather than a builder to learn, strongest in fitness and gyms, then restaurants, agencies, ecommerce and contractors.
Asking Price Reasoning
2.25x trailing twelve month net profit of $12,017 on $18,662 revenue at 76.9% margin, priced below market for a quick sale.
Reason for Selling
I am building other SaaS products and working on projects with the Canadian government, including work backed by federal funding. This platform is sound and still growing, but the upside needs an operator who can give it dedicated attention.
Growth Opportunity
Stripe dunning and card retries are unenabled while 73% to 92% of monthly churn is failed cards, and the 5,212-account base has never received a single lifecycle email.

Competitors
Wix, Framer, Lovable, v0, Base44, Replit and Durable, none of which own generation, domain registration and hosting end to end the way my platform does.
Tech Stack
TypeScript, Stripe, Express.js, Node.js, Docker, Cloudflare, Next.js, React, Vercel, Firebase, Render, Google Firestore, Redis.
