I launched publicly in January 2026 with a 14-day free trial and Stripe billing, and got the first paying customers organically within weeks — without spending a single euro on marketing.</p><p><b>Key highlights:<b></b></b></p><ul>

<p><b>Team</b></p><p>Solo founder. I handle everything: product design, full-stack development, AI integration, customer onboarding, and support. The workload is minimal at the current scale (a few hours per month), and the handover is straightforward for any React/JavaScript developer.</p><p><b>Tech Stack</b></p><ul>

No SEO content, no paid ads, no directories, no partnerships, no social media. All 3 paying customers arrived organically. This is the main reason I'm selling — and the main upside for a buyer: every growth channel is still untouched. The addressable market includes the agent networks of every Italian telecom and energy operator (TIM, Vodafone, WindTre, Enel, Edison and their master agencies, each managing 50-300 sub-agents).</p><p><b>Revenue and profit</b></p><ul>
