Overview

My platform gets products listed on startup, SaaS and AI directories. The buyer gets a repository they open in Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and say "launch my product". The agent writes a product brief, picks the directories that fit, and submits them one at a time in a real browser, with copy written for each directory and a tracker for every listing. It stops for CAPTCHAs, payments and the big platforms like Product Hunt.

I built it in September 2026 after doing directory launches by hand for my own products and launched it at the end of September 2026.

Key highlights:

Revenue: $341 since launch, 3 paying customers (one-time, $149 license)

Costs: under $10 a month, profitable

Traffic: 1,591 unique visitors and 2,014 sessions in the last 90 days

Catalog: 394 working directories with traffic, Domain Rating, price, badge rules and link type

Churn: none (one-time product)

Free lead tools: directory audit and DR checker

Chrome Web Store extension (Directory Checker) and 72 SEO blog articles

Team

Solo founder. I built and run everything: product, directory research, content and marketing. No employees or contractors to hand over.

Tech Stack

Wasp (React, Node.js, Prisma) in TypeScript, PostgreSQL on Neon. The web app, API, blog and free tools run on Cloudflare Workers (free plan). Payments through Dodo Payments, email through Plunk, Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits against abuse. The launch kit runs inside Claude Code, Codex or Cursor, and a headless runner can run launches on a server without a Chrome window.

Marketing and growth

Organic so far: posts on X, listings on directories (There's An AI For That, FrogDR and others), 72 blog articles aimed at directory submission searches, 10 Medium articles, and two free tools (directory audit and DR checker) that bring in leads. A small pay-per-click X ads test. Result: 1,591 unique visitors and 2,014 sessions in the last 90 days, mostly direct and from X. Google search traffic is just starting, since most articles were indexed in the last month.

Revenue and profit

$341 in revenue since launch from 3 paying customers, all one-time payments (the Self-Host License is $149). Running costs are under $10 a month (Cloudflare and Neon free plans, domain, email), so the business is profitable but early. No subscriptions and no churn yet. A growth/SEO subscription is fully built in the codebase but switched off.

Return on investment

Revenue is early, so this is a buy for the product, the catalog and the head start rather than current cash flow. At $149 per license, about 54 sales pay back the price. A buyer with an audience of founders, or who turns on the built-in SEO subscription, can get there much faster.

Startup assets

Domain

Full source code: web app, API, free tools, admin, SEO dashboard (TypeScript)

Self-host kit repository with agent mode and headless runner

Directory catalog: 394 checked directories with metrics

Chrome Web Store extension: Directory Checker

72 blog articles, 10 published Medium articles and 14 drafts

Customer and lead lists

30 days of handover support

Risks

Revenue is small, so results depend on the buyer's marketing. Directories change prices and rules, so the catalog needs a review every few months (the tooling for that is included). The product relies on AI coding agents working in a browser, so changes in those tools may need small updates. A directory launch can't promise customers traffic or rankings, so the copy avoids those claims.

Summary

A working product with a hard-to-copy asset: a hand-checked catalog of 394 directories (checked from 2,703 candidates) plus an agent workflow that uses it. Hosting costs almost nothing, the code is modern and documented, the SEO content is in place, and the free tools already collect leads. Someone who sells to founders can plug it into their audience right away.

✅ $341 TTM revenue

✅ 3 customers

✅ Business model: One-time fee

✅ Built with Node.js, React, Cloudflare

Business Model
One-time Self-Host License at $149: the repository with the agent launch kit, the directory catalog and catalog updates. The free directory audit and DR checker bring in leads that convert to the license.
Target Audience
Indie hackers, SaaS founders, AI tool makers and agencies launching products.
Asking Price Reasoning
The price reflects the product and assets, not current revenue: a hand-checked catalog of 394 directories (2,703 reviewed), a working agent launch kit with a headless runner, a store extension, free lead tools, 72 SEO articles and 10 Medium articles.
Reason for Selling
I'm focusing on other products and can't give it the marketing time it needs to grow.
Growth Opportunity
Switch on the SEO subscription that is already built, run paid ads to the free directory audit, sell the kit to agencies with many clients, and add a done-for-you launch service on top of the catalog.
30 days free support from seller
Competitors
ListingBott, Submitator, SubmitIQ, ListingSaaS, LaunchRepo and manual directory submission services
