Overview

My agency places experienced executive and personal assistants with startup founders and senior executives, then runs the relationship on a monthly subscription. The client pays a one-card subscription via Stripe; we pay the assistant in any currency and country, give a free replacement within the first year, and run supervision calls between the executive and the assistant. We started in autumn 2025 after one of the founders saw how much time a strong personal assistant saved him. Clients today are in London, Amsterdam, Cyprus, Poland and Dublin.

Key highlights:

TTM billings (Nov 2025 – Oct 2026, verified in Stripe + Wise): $68.9k, including pass-through assistant salaries

TTM profit: ~$17k (no founder salaries), including ~$4.2k of one-off placement fees

Current run-rate: ~$9.9k/mo billings from 6 active clients, ~$1.2k/mo net

Billings grew 3.3× in 12 months ($2.9k/mo → $9.7k/mo)

Churn: 2 small fee-only clients ($150/mo) left in 12 months; 1 client is paused while we find a replacement assistant

CAC ≈ $0: all clients came from the founders' network, LinkedIn content and referrals

Margin: 10–15% of billings (service fee on top of the assistant's salary) plus a one-off placement fee per new assistant

Team

Two part-time co-founders. Recruiting co-founder: sourcing, interviews, presenting candidates, offers and supervision calls. Tech co-founder: website, lead-gen automation, Stripe/Wise billing and payroll, contracts.

Tech Stack

Website: React + TypeScript + Vite + Tailwind, prerendered for SEO, English and Russian versions, Node.js (Express + Resend) for lead forms, GA4 events. Lead-gen bot: Python/FastAPI on Google Cloud Run + Firestore, Apify scrapers, OpenAI as a lead judge, lead cards posted to a Telegram group. Payments: Stripe subscriptions, Wise multi-currency payouts, DocuSign contracts.

Marketing and growth

Founders' network, LinkedIn content and referrals from existing clients, plus a bot that finds posts on LinkedIn, Threads and Telegram where executives look for an assistant. No paid ads so far — an obvious growth lever.

Revenue and profit

Monthly billings, USD (EUR at 1.16): Nov 2,900 · Dec 3,319 · Jan 2,726 · Feb 2,726 · Mar 5,458 · Apr 5,001 · May 7,148 · Jun 4,591 · Jul 4,591 · Aug 10,911 · Sep 9,854 · Oct 9,704.

TTM: assistant payroll $48.5k, Stripe fees ~$2.6k, tools ~$0.8k, profit ~$17k.

Stripe (last 12 months): gross volume $46.8k, MRR $7.8k; one client pays by bank transfer to Wise (~$1.7k/mo).

Pricing: placement fee = one month of the assistant's salary; then salary + 15% service fee monthly (first month without the fee).

Return on investment

At the current ~$1.2k/mo net the business pays back in ~5 years as is. The main lever is new placements: every new client brings a one-off placement fee of one monthly salary ($1.5–3.5k) plus ~$200–500/mo of recurring fee. One new client a month roughly doubles profit within a year; the lead-gen bot and the site already produce inbound requests.

Startup assets

Brand and domain .io with a bilingual (EN/RU) SEO website, lead forms and a pricing calculator

6 active client subscriptions in Stripe and the client/assistant contract templates

Stripe subscription setup + Wise multi-currency payout setup (we pay assistants in EUR/USD to any country)

Lead-generation bot with source code and cloud deployment

Candidate CV database collected from email, Telegram and LinkedIn

30 days of post-sale support from both founders and a warm handover of every client and assistant.

Risks

The main risk is the transition: clients chose the service for its personal touch. We recommend a structured handover with introductions to every client and assistant, and keeping (or hiring) an experienced recruiter for new placements.

Summary

A working, growing recurring-revenue service with real clients, a proven pricing model and all the infrastructure (site, payments, payroll, contracts, lead-gen automation) already built. A good fit for a recruiter, an HR / virtual-assistant agency or an operator who wants European executive clients.

✅ $68,929 TTM revenue

✅ 6 customers

✅ Business model: SaaS+Commission

✅ Built with Node.js, TailwindCSS, Python
