Overview

Startup description

My product is a user rewards platform where members earn points by completing offers, surveys, and tasks, then redeem those points for rewards. Monetization is via CPA partnerships and offerwall providers — advertisers pay when users complete offers, and the platform retains the margin.

Built and operated solo. The business went from $440 in its first month to $9,450 in its most recent month — eight months, no paid acquisition, roughly four hours of owner time per month.

Financials

All figures USD. Full history available; the business launched in December 2025, so trailing-twelve-month figures cover eight months of operation.

Revenue has grown every month since January — 21x from the first month to the most recent.

Operations

Owner time: ~4 hours per month. The workload is:

Monitoring offerwall and campaign performanceApproving conversions and processing user payouts (largely automated)Occasional user support

No employees or contractors. The platform is fully built, stable, and running in production. Remaining manual steps are automatable — payout thresholds and scheduled releases would reduce the time commitment further.

Traffic

No paid acquisition has ever been used. Current traffic comes from:

An established Discord community operated alongside the platform (included in the sale).

Referral traffic from existing users.

Organic search and direct.

The community is the core acquisition and retention engine, and it transfers with the business. Approximately 3,100 registered users.

Tech Stack

Frontend: Next.js / React / TypeScript / TailwindCSS

Backend: Node.js

Database: MongoDB

Hosting: Vercel

Integrations: Multiple offerwall/CPA providers, automated payout system

Clean, modern codebase. Full repository transfers with the sale.

Growth Opportunities

Growth to date has been almost entirely passive. The obvious levers have not been pulled, because the platform was deliberately kept low-maintenance:

SEO — no meaningful content or link strategy exists yet

Short-form content — TikTok/Reels is the dominant acquisition channel for this category and is completely untapped here

Paid acquisition — never tested; unit economics support it at current margins

Additional offer providers — more campaign supply directly increases revenue per user

Gamification and retention — leaderboards, streaks, and referral incentives are standard in this category and only partially implemented.

A buyer with existing traffic sources or performance marketing experience has a clear path to multiplying current revenue.

What's Included

Full website and codebase (complete repository)

Domain

Discord server and ownership

User database (~3,100 users)

Existing offerwall/CPA provider integrations and relationships

Branding, UI, and design assets

Associated email/social accounts

Operational handover and post-sale support.

Risks and Mitigations

Stated plainly, because a serious buyer will find these anyway:

Third-party provider dependency. Revenue comes through offerwall and CPA networks. Terms, payouts, and campaign availability are set by those providers. Mitigation: multiple providers are already integrated, and adding more is straightforward.

Provider account transferability. Some networks permit account transfer on change of ownership; others require the new owner to apply under their own details. Current status with each provider is documented and will be disclosed in full during diligence, along with introductions where a re-application is required.

Revenue variability. Offerwall revenue moves with advertiser demand and campaign quality, and month-to-month variance is normal in this category. The trend has been consistently upward, but a buyer should underwrite variance rather than a straight line.

Traffic concentration. The Discord community is currently the largest single traffic source. Mitigation: it transfers with the business, and diversifying into SEO and short-form is the most obvious growth lever available.

Verification

Full diligence access provided, including:

Live screen-share walkthrough of the platform backend, provider dashboards, revenue, and analytics.

Payout history from the platform backend and provider dashboards.

Terms

Asking price: $40,000 USD, cash at close. Transaction structured through escrow. Reasonable post-close holdback negotiable. Full handover support included.

Why I'm selling:

The business is working and growing. I'm selling because I'm launching a separate B2B software company and want to focus my attention on that. This is not a distressed sale, and I'm not obligated to sell — I'll keep operating it if the right buyer doesn't come along.

Return Profile

At the asking price and current run-rate profit, payback is approximately 21 months. At the most recent month's profit level, approximately 14 months. Either improves with any of the growth levers listed above, none of which have been meaningfully tested.

Business Model
The platform operates on a CPA (cost-per-action) rewards model. Users complete offers, surveys, and tasks through integrated offerwall providers. Advertisers pay for completed actions, and the platform retains a margin after user rewards are distributed.
Target Audience
Consumers globally who are interested in earning rewards online by completing offers, surveys, and digital tasks. The primary audience consists of users familiar with rewards platforms, mobile apps, and online earning opportunities.
Asking Price Reasoning
The asking price is based on recent performance and expected growth projections.
Reason for Selling
Currently focusing on building and scaling another venture full-time. The platform is profitable and stable, but I don’t have the bandwidth to actively grow it further, so I’m exploring a potential sale to someone who can take it to the next level.
Growth Opportunity
Expand traffic through SEO, TikTok, and paid acquisition (currently untapped).
