Overview

Startup description

I am selling a live Shopify e-commerce store in the home fitness equipment niche. The store is built around one clear hero product: the 3-in-1 Foldable Treadmill, a compact under-desk, walking, and running treadmill designed for home use, work-from-home routines, and everyday fitness.

Key highlights

$409,533 in net revenue

$85,890 in net profit across the available 2025–2026

$402,010.27 in total sales / net sales

1,160 orders

1,093 fulfilled orders

90,071 sessions

Average order value of $370.79.

This is a simple, product-focused Shopify business with proven paid traffic history, strong order value, and clear room for a new owner to improve conversion rate, retention, email marketing, retargeting, and creative testing. I am selling because I am moving my focus to other projects and would prefer to pass this to someone who can continue scaling it properly.

After the sale, I will provide at least 30 days of post-sale support, and I am open to extending this period if the buyer needs more time to fully understand the business. During the handover, I will explain how the store works, how the Shopify setup is organized, how the product page and order flow are structured, and how the previous marketing approach was managed.

The buyer will also receive full training and guidance on the main parts of the business, including product management, Shopify operations, customer support flow, campaign structure, creatives, supplier/product information, and general day-to-day management. My goal is to make the transition as smooth as possible so the buyer can take over with confidence instead of starting from zero.

Traffic and Marketing

The store has already generated traffic and sales from multiple channels. Shopify analytics show traffic and sales coming from Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and direct traffic. The largest visible revenue contributor from social/referrer data is Facebook, followed by direct traffic, TikTok, Google, and Instagram.

Geographically, the analytics show strong activity from the United States and Canada, including Los Angeles, Montreal, Buffalo, and other US locations. This gives a buyer useful direction for future campaign targeting and localized creative testing.

Advertising Accounts and Campaign Handover

The advertising accounts are not included in the sale and will not be transferred. This includes Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, or any other ad accounts used by the seller.

However, the buyer will receive the available advertising creatives, brand materials, product visuals, copy, creative angles, campaign examples, and guidance on how the campaigns were structured. I can also help the buyer set up campaigns in their own new advertising accounts during the transition period, so they are not starting from zero.

Operations

My product is a lean Shopify store with one main product, which makes operations easier to understand than a store with a large catalog. The buyer would mainly manage product fulfilment, customer support, paid advertising, creatives, website optimization, and reporting.

Because the store is focused on one hero product, a new owner can spend less time managing catalog complexity and more time improving the funnel. The most important work is likely to be campaign optimization, landing page testing, retargeting, and customer communication.

Reason for Selling

I am selling because I am focusing on other projects and cannot give it the consistent attention it needs. The store has already been built, tested, and proven with real sales, but it would benefit from an owner who can spend more time on campaign management, creative testing, customer support, and optimization.

I would rather sell it to someone who understands e-commerce and can continue building the business than leave it inactive. I am happy to provide reasonable transition support and explain what has been done so far.

✅ $402,010 TTM revenue

✅ 1,200 customers

✅ Business model: One-time sales

✅ Built with Shopify
